Red Light at Sudor

At Sudor, Red Light Therapy is a simple add-on during your infrared sauna session:

  1. Activate the Red Light Tower inside your suite

  2. Choose a session length between 5–30 minutes

  3. Enjoy while you relax and sweat

Important: Red light therapy should be used for no more than 30 minutes.

Longer exposure doesn’t mean more benefits — and too much can cause temporary skin sensitivity.

Start slow (10–15 minutes is plenty!) and build up if you wish.
